Grupo Clavijo 5 mw installation in Israel

The Spanish company Grupo Clavijo has finished installing single-axis solartrackers in the Israeli town of Eilat on the banks of the Red Sea. Fitted with 5MW, this is one of the largest installations in Israel carried out with this typeof tracker. Also used in other installations carried out by Grupo Clavijo in Europeand the USA, the single-axis tracker is demonstrating its versatility, adaptationand reliability under any circumstances.

Once connected to the mains system – planned for May – this solar photovoltaicfarm will generate 10,250 MWh per year, production which is capable supplyingpower to more than 500 homes.
